You can't put a price on saving lives; and there are lives that need saving — more than 326,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests per year.

You may have heard that most cardiac arrests occur at home (88% in fact). What this means is that friends and family are the best first responders, not the fire department or ambulance. Your ability to start CPR immediately can double or even triple the chance of your loved one surviving.

What can be done? Of course, the best place to start is with YOU. By taking the time to get trained, you can be prepared to help a loved one in need. Tammy never imagined she would save her son's life just days after taking her CPR training.
