What is in a typical ergonomics course?

Healthcare Ergonomics includes information on preparation, injury prevention, and how to safely lift and move people in various positions for one person, two people, and using a mechanical lift.

Workplace Ergonomics training prepares people for lifting and moving heavy or oversized objects, proper lifting and moving techniques, and how to implement a lifting and moving objects program.

Office Ergonomics training prepares workers with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and reduce repetitive stress injuries, use good working positions at computer workstations, and how to safely lift and move various objects,
